Delays Have Dangerous Ends fuse their influences into a hypnotic tale blending notions of Bach and post-rock improvisation with a hint of the arabian.
Back in the late 1400s, the era of al-Andulus in the Iberian peninsula came to an end. The times had birthed a fusion of islamic and post-greco-roman sciences, philosophy and arts. What if that blending had continued into the Elizabethan times and perhaps into the baroque? Imagine Shakespeare, John Dowland or even Handel and Bach under such a fusion.
Delays explore this idea. They ask 'what-if' in this improvised work, adding their characteristic heavy post-rock overtone.
